Ok... is there any obvious reason why this would happen? It did not appear to be all that complicated, and it is scheduled as a repeating job so even when it uses some resources for some time it should be idle most of the time. I have no immediate intention to use it. Marius also suggested the use of metarouter, but of course this does not make things easier for those users who want a simple system. (with 2 different environments to configure and the need to have either binary compiled ampr-ripd or a cross-compilation environment on a PC or similar) After all, the Raspberry Pi may be the simpeler solution :-) Rob
