[44net] Encap Database/AMPR Portal Problems?

Is anyone else having problems connecting to other stations? I have about a dozen forwarding partners and until a few minutes ago none were connecting. I still only have 3 connecting now and the rest are all unreachable. I have rebooted my JNOS and it is still occurring. -- Charles J.
