Charles, I took a quick look at both the portal and the encap file, and I don't see a problem with either one of them. ve1jot is usually never reachable and the explanation I got was that it’s the setup at his end. At one time I was able to ping him regularly to overcome it but that hasn’t worked for months.. Thanks Brian.  In the past two hours, they have started to trickle back. N6ROE is still not reachable and VE1JOT is at 58%.  There was a 10 hour stretch overnight where I had no connections at all (10PM-8AM EDT).
