Thanks Brian. In the past two hours, they have started to trickle back. N6ROE is still not reachable and VE1JOT is at 58%. There was a 10 hour stretch overnight where I had no connections at all (10PM-8AM EDT).

I took a quick look at both the portal and the encap file, and I don't see a problem with either one of them. Perhaps if you gave a bit more information, like WHICH neighbors you can't connect to, I might be able to check further.
