What is the good thing to declare french user on the network in order to correct the error ?

Change in /32 ?

How to found the route of the users of the networks ?

A single IP address such as the one here gets a CIDR mask of /32. A 16 node subnet would get a /28 and this is equivalent to a net mask of 255.255.255.240. Other masks will depend on the size of the network being registered. If a user is registering his single IP then use the /32 mask.
