Probably if you do not use that LAN for anything else.
I have two LANs that I could use to set D-star note. Both use this IP range making this a conflict and I cannot reconfigure.
Third network I could use may be reconfigured to arbitrary IP range, but router there does not support setting /8 network. And replacing router is not an option.
I hate those easy shortcut solutions set without thinking first.
