Hi Ronen,
I'm running a little server (HTTP, FTP, DXCluster and NTP), you can connect to f4gve.ampr.org (IP : 44.151.74.102). The NTP is a stratum 3 type (not extremly accurate).
I've heard about some other NTP server on AMPRNet but I don't remember their IP.
