If I well understood, but I may be wrong (please confirm Brian), traffic between nodes is done with IPIP, means that Traffic is done via direct tunnels between nodes, not via UCSD.
Also, a test is made locally in FR, and works rather well. As usual, services provided between us is done fairly. Sysops Who want to deliver the best quality of traffic through their infrastructure are welcome if they want use the tool I use.
