server'? Perhaps you confuse it with 'authoritative server'? The
authoritative name server for 44net is - I believe -

a.root-servers.net.
Logically Hamnet should be independent of provided services on the Internet.
We should have our proper services on our network.
We don’t have our own root DNS server, like for example :
a.root.ampr.net ????

To be clear, they are the only root-servers.
for bind9, you can download preformatted root-hints:
https://www.internic.net/domain/named.cache
and define it as cache in the configuration file, as for dnssec, it
should be included in the bind9 package, if you are using a debian alike
distro.
