I have previously requested a gateway allocation and that allocation shows in the [ Gateways - List ] portion of the portal and also it shows up in the Encap file that I receive on a regular basis.
The Gateways->List page will display ALL gateways currently in the database.
When on the portal and I go to [Gateways - Manage ] the prompt onscreen is [ add new gateway no networks found ]. Is this correct ??
That means your gateway is not allocated to your account and you therefore need to "claim" it.
Just email me with the public IP of your gateway and the subnet(s) it services and I can allocate it to your login on the portal so you can manage it.
