Dear Lynwood May you check how much Ram is in use in your device ? My TL-WR741ND have much less memory it have only 32 Mega Ram and 4 Mega Flash I m not sure if that's enough for gateway with all 500 routes lines I will take the risk and flash it in the coming days and see whats happen I may need help in case of instalation / Config problems as im not a Software guru // 73's Ronen - 4Z4ZQ http://www.ronen.org
