But as I said, there are actually no problems outstanding with the gateways part of the portal. It is the other, completely separate parts of the portal, that needs work, namely IP Allocation and DNS.

If you submitted a "request" for a new gateway, it's not actually a "request", in fact as soon as you add a new gateway to the portal it is live right away, there is nothing further the portal or we volunteers need to do, no emails are sent, you can view your gateways on the portal at any time, if they appear in your list, they are live and in the database.
I have a very basic question as someone very new to this group.
I have previously requested a gateway allocation and that allocation shows in the [ Gateways - List ] portion of the portal and also it shows up in the Encap file that I receive on a regular basis. When on the portal and I go to [Gateways - Manage ] the prompt onscreen is [ add new gateway no networks found ]. Is this correct ??
My last Gateway update was via the Robot.
