Hi Marius,
I had forgotten that I must check the autogenerated encap.txt but when I re-read the instuctions it clicked and I checked /vr/lib/ampr-ripd directory!
In the ampr-ripd I use my amprnet ip, like this;
/usr/sbin/ampr-ripd -t 1 -a 44.154.x.x/xx -p TheCorrect PassordHere -i -tunl0 -v -s -r
I wonder is this the correct procedure or is it better to use my Internet hostname instead of my AMPRnet subnet?

So it is good to know.

(Please trim inclusions from previous messages) _______________________________________________ Hi guys,
Sorry for the alert, but when I rebooted both my router and Linuxbox (Slackware 13.37 with kernel 2.6.37.6) RIP is back on now!
I was confused because I could ping many hosts, but not all and also because my ip at the portal was correct.
