Please do not perform any coninuous monitoring or other probing of any other networks than your own without the explicit desire and consent of the operators of the other network. We are blacklisting all sources of unwanted monitoring and probing traffic like research scanners, shodan.io etc etc and I regularly send opt-out messages to those.
