Does anyone receive connection reset when navigating to http://netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu
I wanted to examine my connection (and perhaps determine the source of my random packet
loss [between 5-10%]).

No, no reset here.
I do see that you must allow JAVA to run, so make sure you do.
Also, I go three warnings from my anti-virus about actions that the JAVA
script wanted to perform.
So, make sure your anti-virus is not the source of your resets.
