Same effect as far as the average person is concerned. Whether "pushed" or "pulled", it is not happening. Single point of origination vs multiple points of receiving. Something is broken somewhere, not everywhere.

Those reporting delays...have they tried something like a "dig +trace"? I suspect that they're just doing a normal client lookup, checking too soon, and then the negative result's being cached somewhere.
I was able to add a record and resolve it in less than 5 minutes today if there was an issue it may be resolved? (meshtastic.k2exe.com added at 1PM EDT) and resolved by 1:04PM
