Novel AMPRNet application for a club, and hope all works out well for them.
Hope a model amprnet club use wiki may follow, and maybe even a published
in QST article for all to use as a template for other clubs.

Really? We do have that, and it appears to work fine...
Or has there been a change that disallows new creation of subnets that
way?
