It’s a short week here at ARDC, as we will be closed on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5 in observance of Independence Day in the US. We will return to the office on Monday, July 8.

17 tickets have been received since June 29, bringing our total of new tickets to 37.

About 288 tickets are open and awaiting response.

214 are awaiting response from the user.

37 are awaiting response from an ARDC admin.
Since April 3, we have closed 746 tickets.
