Steve, the list of networks that I'm trying to generate for Neil to use
in his script includes all the BGP authorised subnets as well as those
in the encap file. There are also some which are radio-connected or
isolated that have to be taken into account as well. In toto, there
are about 1200 entries in the portal 'networks' list.
BTW, the list you can get from the APNIC only includes those that are
actively advertising their connectivity; there are a few more that are
allocated and authorised to advertise via BGP but which may not currently
be doing so.
