When I am in the Update Gateway page and trying to link gateway, I get http 500 error
after click on “add new network”.

Hi Kun,
You could try sending an email to newportal(a)ardc.net describing the issue. Or maybe raise
a ticket in the portal to keep track of this issue.
I've raised a ticket for the WHOIS server being down since a week, maybe there is work
done on the ARDC's Infra.

I have seen that error before, and it went away after logging out and logging in again...

Hi Chris
Can you verify if my updated gateway IP address is actually applied? After a few attempts
to update my gateway IP address, my hosts still not receiving any IPIP traffic. I am
wondering how to check if the change of IP address did propagate?
My host has an IP change. I did not change the configuration. New IP is 154.29.146.202
