I'm also finding myself in the same situation with the Gmail MXes trying to
deliver to ardc.net
SORBS is frequently very heavy-handed in their blocklisting to the extent
that I only really find it useful for scoring rather than
allowlist/blocklisting.
Maybe try Spamhaus zen instead?

I also appear to have this issue, or something similar.
I am currently essentially locked out of my AMPR addresses due to an ASN change, and need
to get my records updated. Is anyone able to help me off list with this?
